The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioners as Shikshan Sevak and Shalarth ID is also issued. However, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as Assistant Teacher is not yet decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as Assistant Teacher (page 33) is pending with respondent no.2, then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within 6 months.

In case, the petitioners have been granted approval as Shikshan Sevak, Shalarth ID is also issued and if there is no other impediment,

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
