Since the applicant is accused of the offence punishable under Section 414 in C.R.No.293 of 2022, which is punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years, let the notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. be served upon the applicant.

Upon receipt of such notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Offcer and render his co-operation. The Investigating Offcer shall follow the procedure prescribed M.M.Salgaonkar
