The portion of the land which is owned by the Petitioners is required for widening of Pradakshina Marg. It is admitted position that in revised development plan, the Pradikshina patilsr 1 / 2 Ramchandra Patil Date: 2018.08.07 17:09:05 +0530 Sachin Ramchandra Patil

Marg is shown as EP25 and the Petitioners' land is partly affected by the DP Road. The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that due procedure as contemplated under the law would be followed while acquiring the lands belonging to the Petitioners. Statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, in our opinion, the grievance raised in the writ petitions no more survives and therefore the same are disposed of.
