P.C. :- This Application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail praying for expediting the hearing of the Appeal which is of the year 2009. The Applicant has also prayed that a Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in the pending Appeal. Since the Appeal filed by the Applicant is already on the final hearing board, according to us, no further orders for expediting the hearing of the Appeal are required to be passed.

We, however, partly allow this Application and direct that a Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the Applicant in the pending Appeal. This be done within two weeks from today.
