This Civil Application is filed to recall the order dated 26 April 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) being a conditional order of the dismissal of the Second Appeal along with the Civil Applications in the event of non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Statement of learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant is recorded that the office objections shall be removed within a period of 10 days from today.
