We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5.

The Petitioner alleges Contempt for breach of Order of this Court dated 20/10/2016 in Writ Petition No. 990 of 2015. The affidavit is filed by the said Authority wherein it is clarified that proposal of the Petitioner is rejected. The Master Plan of the Secondary School has been cancelled. This fact is communicated to the Petitioner through the letter dated 26/04/2019. Affidavit further says that Petitioner can submit proposal for permission to run a new school on Self Finance basis.
