Ms. Pinto states Mr. Ketan Vijay Mordekar authorized representative of the petitioner is present in the Court today. She has tendered the photo-copies of

(1) power of attorney given by the petitioner - the Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd. to Poddar Developers Limited;

(2) resolution dated 12.2.2015 passed by the Poddar Housing and Development Ltd. (formerly known as Poddar Developers Ltd.);

(3) letter dated 22.11.2018 authorizing Ketan Mordekar, an employee of Poddar Housing and Development Limited; and

(4) PAN-card and Aadhaar card of Ketan Vijay Mordekar. Same are taken on record and marked "A collectively" for identification.

On the basis of instructions, she seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.
