DATED : 25th AUGUST, 2021 P.C:- On hearing the learned counsel Mr.Ritesh Thobd for the applicant and when I expressed my disinclination to entertain the application, he submits that the applicant is a young boy and he is presently undergoing an examination. On behalf of the applicant, a solemn statement is made that he shall surrender himself before the Investigating Officer on or before 10.00 a.m on 3rd September 2021.

Failure to do so, would warrant his arrest at the hands of the Investigating Officer. By making it clear that the application has not been entertained on merits and therefore, is sought to be withdrawn, the arrest of the applicant is postponed till 3rd September 2021 by accepting his statement.
