The present application is moved seeking leave to amend. 2.

It is submitted that the amendment is purely legal in nature, wherein the issue of limitation is sought to be canvassed. The petition is at a nascent stage as the same is not admitted. The nonapplicant will have every right to amend the petition as sought for by way of amendment.
