This is an application for listing the appeal for final hearing. The appellant was convicted for offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act. During the pendency of appeal, the appellant passed away. Subsequently, the legal heirs of appellant had preferred an application seeking permission to pursue the appeal. The said application was allowed and the legal heirs were permitted to pursue the appeal.
