By the present Civil Application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 1st March, 2017 dismissing the Writ Petition for nonprosecution. 2.

We have heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the non-applicant.

The reasons are given in the affidavit showing inability of the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant to attend to the matter. The reasons mentioned in the affidavit are not controverted by the non-applicant.
