By an order dated 10th January 2001, this Petition was directed to be heard with Writ Petition No. 6018 of 2000. It is not in dispute that Writ Petition No.6018 of 2000 has been settled.

In this view of the matter, nothing would survive for consideration in the present Petition. The present Petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at in Writ Petition No. 6018 of 2000.

By the order dated 10/1/2001, the amount which was deposited in the Labour Court was permitted to be withdrawn by respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 is no more and his legal heirs are on record.

It is clarified that if the said amount has not been withdrawn by respondent No.1, his legal heirs are permitted to withdraw the amount without furnishing any security. 5.
