Learned APP submits, on instructions of Investigating Officer who is present in Court, that in case Petitioner appears before the investigating officer tomorrow or day after tomorrow, then the investigating officer will, after taking instructions from her, take appropriate decision within a week's time and communicate the same to the Petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on the contentions raised in the petition or on the merits of the petition, we observe that the investigating officer shall take a decision on the complaint made by the Petitioner. In case the decision goes against the Petitioner, she may resort to appropriate remedy under Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. With this observation the petition stands disposed of. (PRAKASH D.
