1) After hearing this matter for sometime, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submits that as this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 13/05/2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge 29th Court, Mumbai in Misc. Application No. 1179 of 2016, he submits on instructions that Petitioner would deposit the amount as is directed by the Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today.
