DATE : 22 JULY 2015 P.C. :- 1] Considering that the delay is of hardly 40 days, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

2] Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that in addition to the legal heirs, which the applicants seeks to bring on record, there are some other legal heirs i.e. wife and daughter of late Shri Kisan Somwar (Komati). The learned counsel for the respondent states that the names and addresses of these legal heirs have also been furnished to the learned counsel for the applicants. Accordingly, leave is granted to bring the said legal heirs on record as well.
