Heard. This application is preferred by Insurance Co. for condonation of 115 days delay in filing the present appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 11/12/2013 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No.505/2010.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied Basavraj G Patil 1/2
2279.14-caf that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 115 days thereby admitting the appeal against the award dated 11/12/2013 passed by the Hon'ble Tribunal, Pune in MACP No.505/2010.
(b) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
(c) Place the present appeal along with pending Civil Application, if any, for admission on 11/02/2015.
