The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or cash deposit of Rs.5,000/- in lieu of surety.

The applicant shall deposit Rs.50,000/- in this court within the period of two weeks from today. If the said amount is not deposited, bail order shall stand revoked and learned trial court shall take necessary steps for executing its order. Application stands disposed of. (JUDGE)
