Heard Mr. Dhopatkar, learned Counsel for applicant and Mr. Inamdar, learned Counsel for respondent No.1. 3.
Mr. Dhopatkar submitted that the Courts below have decreed the Suit of eviction against the applicant and the impugned order is stayed till 30.06.2016. He, therefore, got the papers produced for interim protection. 3.
Mr. Dhopatkar states that the applicant is in 1/2
CRA350_16.doc possession and that he has not created third party interest in respect of the suit premises. Applicant will hereafter neither create third party interest nor part with possession of the suit premises. He further states that applicant has paid rent up-to-date.

In view thereof, list the Application for 'admission' on 18.07.2016. In the meantime, subject to applicant neither creating third party interest nor parting with possession of the suit premises, there shall be ad-interim order in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 5.
As the applicant has already prayed for interim reliefs in C.R.A., Civil Application No.405 of 2016 claiming identical reliefs does not survive and the same is disposed of.
