The Applicant has challenged his conviction and sentence for offence under Section 5(1)(d) read with 5(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 and Sections 120-B read with 466, 468, 471, 477-A, 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The appeal has been admitted, sentence has been suspended and the Applicant has been enlarged on bail. The Applicant has stated that his passport No.Z2286530 has expired on 16 August 2021 and that he wishes to renew the same.
