By this application, the applicant/appellant seeks restoration of the First Appeal which came to be dismissed in pursuance of an order dated 16.3.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated period. There is a delay of one year and three months in filing this Civil Application. 3.

Considering the averments as made in this Civil Application and in the interest of justice, application is required to be allowed. Accordingly, delay in filing this Application is condoned.
