By order dated 30th July, 2019, Writ Petition was disposed of as not pressed and the petitioner was given time up to and inclusive of 31st July, 2020 for vacating the suit premises and handing over possession to respondent No.1 (a) subject to filing undertaking in terms of paragraph 7 of the order within two weeks. 3.

In pursuance thereof, [1] the petitioner, Mahadev Vasantrao Kashid, [2] Rajeshree Mahadev Kashid (wife of the petitioner) [3] Shweta Shivraj Jadhav (daughter of the petitioner) have filed undertakings dated 3rd August, 2019.

Mr. Rushikesh Patil states that the undertakings are in terms of paragraph 7 of the order dated 30th July, 2019. Mr. Chetan Patil confirms the said fact.
