The only grievance of the Petitioner in this PIL is that the representation made by them dated 30th May, 2014 has not been decided by the State Government or the Appropriate Authority in the State Government. The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State submits that the concerned Collector shall consider the representation of the Petitioners. In view of this statement, nothing survives in the PIL. PIL is, therefore, disposed of, with a direction to the Respondent - State to decide the said representation of the Petitioners expeditiously.
