The Petitioner challenges the order passed by the Labour Court, Thane, dated 8 August 2002, answering the Reference made by the Petitioner for reinstatement, in negative and dismissing his claim.

In this petition, notice was issued to Respondent No.1. Thereafter, on various dates the Petitioner was directed to comply for removal of office objections regarding the service of notice. By order dated 2 February 2011, four weeks conditional time was granted to the Petitioner to serve the unserved Respondents. Registry has endorsed that, in view of the order dated 2 February
