This Application is made by the Insurance Company for condonation of 146 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the award dated 17/10/2013 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, First Labour Court, Nasik in Application WC (NF) No.22/2010. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

34.333.15-caf averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

(a) That the delay of 146 days caused in filing the present First Appeal be kindly condoned and the accompanying First Appeal be registered and heard for admission.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
