This is an application filed by the original appellant seeking restoration of electricity supply by directing the respondent-Institute to give 'No Objection Certificate' to the applicant-appellant for getting separate electricity connection to the suit premises.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Institute has brought to the notice of this Court the fact that the First Appeal has already been 1/2 CAF-St.-17602-16.doc

dismissed for default, for non-filing of the private paper-book, by the conditional order passed by this Court on 31st July 2006. No steps are yet taken by the applicant-appellant for restoration of the said First Appeal. 4.

In view thereof, this Civil Application no more survives and hence stands dismissed.
