This is an application for seeking modification of order dated 24th January, 2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1312 of 2016.

While granting bail the applicant was directed to report the concerned police station on every Sunday between 10.30 am to 1.00 pm till framing of charge. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is earning his livelihood as labourer and he is required to work on Sundays. He submitted that the case was arising 1/2

Vina k sr.5.appp.537.2017.doc out of affair between applicant and a minor girl. She has attained majority. The applicant and victim got married. It is therefore submitted that the condition of reporting to the police station may be relaxed. He further submitted that charge has not been framed. 3.

In the circumstances, the order passed by this Court can be modified as follows;

ORDER

(i) Order dated 24th January, 2017, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1312 of 2016 is modified and the condition of attendance is relaxed to the extent that the applicant shall report the concerned police station once in a month on first Sunday between 10.30 am to 1.00 pm till framing of charge.

(ii) Application stands disposed of.
