ssm 2 30-app384.18gp.doc that, the Applicant has drawn Demand Drafts totalling of Rs.22,00,000/- in the name of wife of the Complainant namely Mrs. Shraddha Patel. The said Demand Drafts are handed over in the custody of Shri. Nand Deokota, the first informant/complainant in the present crime. He acknowledged the said on behalf of his wife Mrs. Shraddha Patel. The photocopy of the Demand Drafts along with the acknowledgement of Shri. Nand Deokota, the first informant/ complainant is taken on record.

In view of the above, the Application No. 384 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

In view of the order passed in the Application No. 384 of 2018, Application No.706 of 2018 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
