By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 1 year and 132 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 31.12.2009 passed by the Reference Court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:
