Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This civil application seeks recall of a self operative rejection order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) in the First Appeal. Four weeks' time was granted to the Applicants/Appellants to remove office objections, failing which the First Appeal was to be rejected. There is a delay of 336 days in filing the present civil application. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
