In that order, in the cause title, the number of W.P. is inadvertently typed as "Writ Petition No.15061 of 2016" instead of "Writ Petition (st.) No.15061 of 2016". The Registry has also given regular number to Writ Petition being Writ Petition No.6785/2016. 2.

In view thereof, "WRIT PETITION NO.15061 of 2016" appearing in the cause title of order dated 29.8.2017 be read as "WRIT PETITION NO.6785 OF 2016".
