Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicants are seeking joining themselves as a party respondents in Writ Petition No.3126 of 2021.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that they have no objection for joining the applicants as party respondents in the writ petition. Hence, the following order is passed :- by UDAY SHIVAJI JAGTAP Date:

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(a), which reads thus :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the petitioners to implead the Applicants as party Respondents and after impleading Applicants, the Applicants be heard on merits of the present petition." (ii) The petitioner to carry out amendment during the course of the day in writ petition.

(iii) The petitioner is directed to serve amended copy of the petition on the respondents as well as newly added respondents immediately.

(iv) Liberty is granted to the respondents as well as additional respondents, if they so desire, to file reply on or before 17th August, 2021 with copy to other side. (v) Writ Petition No. 3126 of 2021 to appear on board on 20th August, 2021.

(vi) Interim application stands disposed of accordingly. (vii)No order as to costs.
