Despite the previous order directing the State Government to deposit the amount awarded with interest, and stipulating this as a condition for stay, nothing has been deposited. The Appeal and the cross objections are scheduled for final hearing on 24th August 2017. Accordingly the State Government must deposit the entire amount with accrued interest by 23rd August 2017, failing which on the next date the State Government's Appeal will stand summarily dismissed.
