Heard both sides. The Court was not inclined to grant relief under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The advocate for appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. On instructions it is further submitted that appellant would surrender before Investigating Officer on 12th September 2022 at 11.00 a.m. 2.

In view of the statement, the appellant is permitted to withdraw this appeal. The appellant is permitted to surrender before Investigating Officer on 12th September 2022 at 11.00 am.. In the event appellant surrenders and thereafter application for regular bail is preferred, the same shall be decided uninfluenced by the fact that this appeal has been withdrawn. The appeal stands withdrawn and disposed off.
