In pursuance of Order dated 23rd August 2021, the Commissioner of Police, Thane has submitted its report dated 13th September 2021. The report dated 13th September 2021 is duly signed by the Commissioner of Police, Thane. The statements made therein are accepted as statements made before this Court and in compliance of Order dated 23rd August 2021. The Commissioner of Police, Thane has stated that, appropriate remedial measures are being taken against delinquents. The said report is accepted and taken on record.

The present Application is thereafter taken up for hearing. After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant at length and perusing the record of investigation, when this Court expressed its 1/2

Osk 21-Aba-1228-2019.odt disinclination to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to surrender before the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction over Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar, District Thane, on or before 11:00 am of 22nd September 2021. Leave and liberty granted.

Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

It is made clear that, the period to surrender will not be further extended on any count.
