Previous bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10/1/2017 on merits. In view of the prevailing pandemic situation, the applicant had applied for interim bail/temporary bail before the Sessions Court. The Sessions Court has granted interim temporary bail to the applicant vide order dated 20/6/2020. Present application is filed for confirmation of the said order. Since the order was passed by the Sessions Court, the applicant shall approach the Sessions Court for further confirmation. The application is disposed of accordingly.
