Heard Mr. Parab, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

Mr. Parab, submits that the Petitioners Ramchandra Bhiku Tambe and Pithibai Bhiku Tambe are dead. He has tendered the postal envelopes, containing the communication addressed by him to the Petitioners, which have been returned unserved with the remarks that addressee are dead. Since the Petitioners are dead, and there are no further instructions, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits for the order.

As the Petitioners are reported to be dead, and none appears to prosecute the petition, the petition stands dismissed.
