This application if preferred by defendant for condonation of 11 days delay in filing the Civil Revision Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

"(a) The Delay of 11 days in filing the present Revision Application may kindly be condoned and the Revision Application be heard on its merits."
