Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Advocate for the petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition is preferred by them under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned orders passed by Labour Court and Industrial Court. He submits that the complaint (ULP) No.40 of 2016 in which the impugned order is passed is finally disposed of by the Labour Court, Nashik on 16.12.2016. To that effect, he has placed on record copy of print out from web-site. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
