The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the missing female child has been traced out. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned APP has placed on record report of Police Station Akluj to the effect that the missing girl has been traced out. The same is taken on record and marked "Exhibit X" for the purpose of identification. avk 1/2

5-WP-2900-2019.doc In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition for Habeas Corpus. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed off.

We put on record our appreciation for taking efficient steps by Police Station Akluj towards investigation in tracing out out the missing female child.
