These appeals from order were dismissed for none prosecution on 22 nd April, 2019. On 25 th April, 2019, two Civil Applications were filed for restoration of appeals. In view of the reasons stated in the applications, the orders dismissing the appeals, are recalled and Appeals are restored to the file. Both the Civil Applications are allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 2.
