The Applicants are already admitted to the interim protection by order dated 12/08/2021 and they were directed to mark their presence in the police station on every Thursday for a period of three weeks.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that the Applicants have abided by the conditions of bail and have rendered their co-operation. In the wake of the accusations and the investigation which has progressed, the custodial interrogation of the Applicants is not necessary.

In light of the said statement, the order dated 12/08/2021 is made absolute. As far as the condition of reporting to the police station is concerned, it is directed that the Applicants shall report to the police station as and when called for.
