This is an application for condonation of delay of 20 days in filing Criminal Revision Application. 2.
The Applicant was convicted by the J.M.F.C.
Pune for commission of offences punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The Applicant preferred an appeal before the Sessions Court which was rejected. After that, the Applicant was arrested and at present he is in custody. Therefore, he could not Deshmane(PS)

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 has no objection for condonation of delay and in fact he has filed an affidavit in the Revision Application showing the compromise between the parties.
