The Civil Application (Stamp) No.17776 of 2014, not on Board, taken on board by consent during the hearing of the Civil Application No.493 of 2014.

This Application is taken out for bringing heirs of the Respondent No.1 and 2 on record. The details of the heirs are given in paragraph no.10 of the Application. The learned counsel for Respondent No.3 states that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the proposed Respondent as legal heir and undertakes to file vakalatnama. Accordingly, after considering the facts and circumstances, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a)

Amendment to be carried out in the Civil Revision Application and the Civil Application No.493 of 2014 filed for condonation of delay within a period of two weeks from today. The learned counsel states that the Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent now brought on record will be filed within two weeks from today. Place the Civil Application No.493 of 2014 on board as per CMIS date, i.e. on 30 June 2015. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
