1] The above Civil Applications are not on Board. Upon Mentioning, Civil Applications are taken Board. 2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application for intervention, the Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to intervene.

Heard by consent. 4] The Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing and setting aside the communication dated 7th May 2014 and the order dated 5th May 2012. The bunch of Petitions challenging the same order has already been decided vide order dated 15th January 2018. 5] For the reasons stated, Rule is made absolute in terms of paragraphs 10 and 11 of the order dated 15th January 2018. The Petition is disposed of.

6] In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Applications do not survive and accordingly stand disposed of.
