It was repeatedly informed to the Petitioner that the affected party will have to be joined as a Respondent for complete relief. Even the matter was kept back to take instructions. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has insisted that it is not necessary and the petition as filed is proper. Consequence of the relief sought in the petition is that by way of rectification the name of the Petitioner would be inserted in respect of the property and name of the other person will be removed. It is not the case of the Petitioner that the TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE other person has given a No Objection.
