DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is arraigned as accused in C.R.No. 613/22 registered at Sakinaka police station on 5/4/2022. On the basis of the complaint, offence u/s.323, 326, 504 r/w Section 34 of the IPC has been invoked, and seek protection from his arrest. On perusal of the complaint, the complainant has alleged that certain brawl occurred on account of the setting up the curtain in front of the banner of a political figure and a scuffle blow. It is alleged that the applicant and co-accused started abusing and beating the complainant, and one of the accused is alleged to have assaulted the complainant with an iron rod on his head. 2/2 36 ABA 1761-22.doc The learned APP has produced on record the injury certificate of the informant Raj Yadav. The injury certificate by him is CLW 5cm x 5 cm x 0.5 cm on right parietal Region. The injury is described as 'simple injury'

In the wake of the above, the applicant is protected from arrest as even considering the fact that this injury is not attributed to him.

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Ajay Shankar Kamble in connection with C.R.No.613/2022 registered with Sakinaka Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Police Station as and when called and render all his co-operation to the Investigating Officer.
