By this civil application, applicant/original defendant is seeking condonation of delay in filing Appeal from Order. Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. At the same time, applicant to pay cost of Rs.750/- to the S.C.Magar
