In view of the fact that the interim compensation that was fixed by this Court by an order dated 27/11/2015, has already been deposited by the Applicant F.S. Kerr & Co. Pvt. Ltd., which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.6. The above Civil Application No.632 of 2016, in so far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, has turned infructuous. In so far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the Applicant may move an appropriate application for the said relief after 15/07/2017. With the aforesaid observations the above Civil Application No.632 of 2016 is disposed of. 2.

Similarly, in view of the deposit made by the Applicant in original Civil Revision Application i.e. Prime Properties Pvt. Ltd., the Civil Application No.633 of 2016 has also turned infructuous and to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
