This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1, on record. The respondent No.1 Vimlatai Dnyandeo Borade expired on 11/11/2016. Late respondent No.2 Bipinchandra Borade alongwith respondent Nos.3 to 5 are the legal representatives of the respondent No.1. Thus, there is no abatement.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed, in terms of prayer clause (a).
