Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish sureties as directed by the Sessions Court vide Order dated 26.06.2018.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that earlier surety was given, however, the same was rejected by the Sessions Court. Hence, a new surety was given. He submitted that the

APPP 849-19.doc verification process is over and presently, it is kept for verification of the Court.

For the reasons set out in the Application, time to furnish sureties is extended by a period of six weeks from today. The Applicant to take appropriate steps before the Court and ensure that before expiry of six weeks, the process of verification of sureties is complete.

The Application is, accordingly, disposed of. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
